If free you can pay 50% of the night rate and stay until 3pm or 75% of the nightly rate to stay until 8pm. Any later departures is at the full nightly rate.

Rental Terms and Conditions

1. 10% deposit is due to reserve the property. The remaining amount is due 8 weeks before departure.
2. £100 damage deposit is to be paid with the main amount. This will be returned to the bank of your choice within 7 days of you returning home.
3. The weekly price quoted does not include transfers to and from the airport
4. A weekly price quoted includes a cleaning before arrival and a cleaning on departure. A two-week price will include a mid stay clean.
5. A member of the Lycia maintenance team, who will hand over a set of keys, will meet you at the property. The same person will be there on your departure to inspect the property and to take the keys. Please arrange with Sultan a pick up time. If not discussed then the transfer will be arranged 2.5 hours before ‘take off’ time in Sarigerme and 3.5 hours in Ovacik / Kaya. If you are checking out at 10am we maybe able to keep your bags safe somewhere.
6. If you are making your own way to the property you must call SULTAN 20 minutes before you arrive to ensure that you are greeted.
7. If any problems occur with the property during your stay please inform the maintenance team in resort at the time. In an emergency call Sultan on 0090 555 569 5774
8. The property will be ready for you from 4pm onwards.
9. Check out from the property is 10am.
10. Any extras such as airport transfers hamper packs late check out fees must be paid for 8 weeks before departure.
11. If you need to cancel your holiday prior to 8 weeks to departure you will loose the 10% deposit
12. If you need to cancel your holiday within 8 weeks of your holiday, the following conditions apply:  6-8 weeks before departure 60% of the holiday price will be refunded   4-6 weeks before departure 40% of the holiday price will be refunded   0-4 weeks before departure 0% of the holiday price will be refunded
13. Holiday insurance must be taken out for all guests travelling.
14. Lycia Properties cannot be held responsible for personal belonging that are lost stolen or broken.
15. In a Force majeure situation we are unable to pay compensation if we have to cancel or change your booking in any way because of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include for example, war, threat of war, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather, sea and ice conditions.
16. The property owner is not liable for any personal accident claims
17. The swimming pool is used at your own risk and normal precautions should be taken.
18. No glass or crockery is to be taken around the pool
19. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
20. Please refrain from swimming or making too much outside noise after 22:00
21. The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on booking.
22. Continual or excessive use of the Air conditioning units gives the maintenance company the right to switch them off.
23. Please report any damages during your stay. The owner accepts that wear and tear occurs and accidents do happen. Any damage that could have been prevented will be charged for.
