This stunning private villa hasit own private garden and pool. Within The Royal Links there are free facilities such as sauna, gym, wireless internet, tennis court, children's play area and a communal pool. Villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local Sarigerme shops, Wednesday market for bargain hunting, and many excellent bars and restaurants for eating out.
Bedrooms: Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms. The master being an en-suite.
Bathrooms: It has one en-suite bathroom and a communal bathroom upstairs. Also there is a downstairs WC.
Kitchen: There is an open L-shaped kitchen. It has cooker, hob, fridge, microwave and kettle.
Utility Room: There is a washing machine available in a utility room downstairs.
Living Rooms: There is a nice modern sofa and a bed settee in the living with a an LCD television and DVD player provided.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Towels and linens are provided in the villa for your stay. Villa is cleaned before and after your stay(mid clean is arranged for 2 weeks bookings).

Outside The villa has many areas outside to enjoy the view. The wrap around terrace gives plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sunshine or the shade which ever you prefer. There is an out door pool large in size with sunbathing area. There is also a bbq and outdoor shower. There are many communal facilities that you may use free of charge facilities such as Sauna, Gym, children's play area and a communal pool, bar and BBQ area.

The stunning white sandy beach is a 10 minute walk out of Sarigerme town and there is a cafeteria/bar situated under the trees for light snacks and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks. There is now parking at the beach or you can catch the local bus that drives past The Royal Links.The beach is a nature reserve so there is a very small payment to go to it but this keeps it clean and special. The waters are very safe and good for children, life gaurds are on duty throughout the summer. There are many water sports available at the beach, and sun loungers to hire for the day.

Distances
The village of Sarigerme is about 800m from the villa. The local towns of Dalaman and Ortaca are just 15 minutes away by car or you can take the little dolmus buses. The Royal Links is only 20 minutes drive to the larger resort of Dalyan where the turtles swim is the next village from Sarigerme, just a few km up the coast. And it is only 50 minutes from larger towns of Marmaris and Fethiye.

On Wednesdays there is a local market in the same street. There is a big market on Tuesdays in Fethiye which is only an hour journey from Sarigerme village. There are small supermarkets in Sarigerme village and Migros 'big supermarket' is in Dalaman town and only a 10 minutes drive from the villa
Getting Here
Please not Villa Maya is at the top of The Royal Links and the last 80metres is a steep hill. Not for the elderly or pushchairs (the view and the privacy of this villa is the great benefit..the hill is worth it!)
Villa Maya is just a short 15 minute journey from Dalaman Airport.
