Set in the middle of an orange orchard with its own private access this large manor villa has all the settings for a perfect Mediterranean holiday. Although situated in the country side all local buses stop right outside the driveway. The villa consists of 5 very large bedrooms all en suite, large living area with separate kitchen and on the lower ground floor a sauna and jacuzzi. 5000m2 garden consists of large swimming pool, BBQ area, orchards, vegetable patches and many many palm trees. A true retreat ideal for couples and families.

Local Area

Malikane is located in Guzelyurt, a traditional Turkish village halfway between Dalaman and Sarigerme. There are many places / attractions to visit and many activities to do. Sarigerme has a wonderful white sandy beach with all watersports available. Dalyan only 15km away is famous for its turtles , its ruins and its mud baths. The dalaman river is famous for white water rafting. The larger towns of Marmaris and Fethiye are less than an hours drive.

Car hire not essential due to property being close to the bus route but it would be advisable as so much to see in the area.
