Who are Lycia Properties?
Lycia Properties is a family run construction based in Turkey. Lycia has 2 offices, the head office in the town of Fethiye and a sales office in the beach resort of Sarigerme.
Lycia prides itself on having an open friendly approach; you deal with the owners throughout. Not aiming to compete with the ‘bigger boys’ Lycia provides a flexible, special one to one service, offering honest advice without the hard sell.
What are we selling - and to whom ?
Large plots of land where Lycia work with the client to build the project (normally multiple units) – this suits mainly the larger investor.
Off plan apartments (with fantastic discounts) – this suits families looking for holiday homes; also the smaller investor (value appreciation and rental income)
Bespoke one off villas – for the clients who have dreamed about owning their own villa in the sun (for holidays or retirement)
